These Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”) and Rainbow Network. By using Rainbow Network services you agree to the usage policies and additional terms referenced here, which supplement any individual service agreement you may have.

Users confirm they are at least 18 years old, or if representing an entity, that the entity is duly formed and in good standing with full authority to accept these Terms. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and renewal.

TERM, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT RENEWAL

Term of Service. The subscription term begins when you accept these Terms and ends as described in the agreement.

Payment. You agree to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing Rainbow Network services.

Authority. If you register on behalf of a company or group, you must be authorized to bind that organization or individuals to every provision of these Terms.

Refund Policy

Rainbow Network offers a one-day unconditional refund. Request a full refund within one day if you are unsatisfied. Requests after one day are reviewed case by case. Some services may be non-refundable. Review the description before purchasing.

Service Guarantees

100x outage compensation. We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If downtime is caused by us, compensation is issued at 100 times the impact.

24/7 technical support. Reach our engineers via phone, email, or ticket any time.

VIP one-to-many service. Dedicated VIP specialists ensure your requests are resolved quickly.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA promises the following:

Intellectual Property

All Rainbow Network services, software, documents, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Rainbow Network intellectual property without authorization. Uploaded content remains yours, but you grant Rainbow Network the rights necessary to deliver the service.
